AND SOME HOW OR ANOTHER I MISSED THIS

She came up in a conversation about women we’d vote for as president (Condoleeza Rice won), but if she was still alive she’d have been the front runner … Jean Kirkpatrick, whose passing I didn’t acknowledge on December 7.

A kick-ass broad, advisor to presidents, ambassador to that den on iniquity on the East River, former marxist/socialist and former Democrat who turned Republican when the San Francisco Democrats betrayed the heritage (and cojones) Truman left them.

Needless to say her passing was not terribly important to the mass media … guess she was had too much gumption for them.

My thanks to — heart be still — Massachusetts Kennedy-ite Chris K for pointing out her passing and my lack of coverage.

I also forgot to point out her close likeness to John Lydon aka Johnny Rotten of The Sex Pistols.
