If you think the Constitution was meant to have condoned what those idiot members of that fascist westboro group do (Snyder vs. westboro), then you no longer have the moral or legal right to be the arbiters of that document in the United States.
It is not a First Amendment right, nor would having upheld the suit eroded any First Amendment rights.
Certainly not any rights that anyone of sane mind would want to exercise.
You all — with the exception of Justice Alito — are a disappointment and yet another indicator of what is hampering this once great country.
