SOME JOURNALISTS DO GET IT RIGHT

Here's something explaining in detail why the Clintonistas were so hot to trot on not airing ABC’s Path to 9/11 which, by the way, didn’t exactly make either Bush administrations look like geniuses either.

The big difference between the Bush and Clinton camps? Nobody in the Bush administration threatened ABC or demanded they not air the show.

Even the thickest of you liberals have to admit that something smells funny in Arkansas (which is why the Clintons don’t live there, but that’s another story).

Anyway go here for Larry Elder’s take on it.

Are you high on something? The right wing forced CBS not to show the miniseries "The Reagans".

As far as the Bush administration goes, nobody could save the moral bankrupt group. Chane the word "terrorist" to "Communist" and Cheney sounded like Joe McCarthy on "Meet the Press".

It is not about left or right. It's about morality. I cannot believe a US president is trying to justify torture. It is embarassing.

No I'm, not high, but obviously you were when the Reagan/CBS brouhaha went on.

The difference? What CBS was going to run (and did run on Showtime) had Reagan saying things he never did.

Path to 9/11's "dramatic license" came from the 9/11 Commission Reporrt.

Clinton had - by the 9/11 Commission's report - five chances to kill or kidnap UBL and refused to sign off on it five times. He admitted to at least once in 2002.

Path to 9/11 slapped both Bush admins, and they said squat about it.

Go read the fucking 9/11 Commission report or ... oh, say history ... before you bark.

As for torture (and apologies to Sen. McClain) ... it works. And if ringing up some guys testicles stops one Soldier or Marine from getting killed, I got no problem with it.

Oh ... I forgot ... the enemy is protetced by the Geneva Convention.

By there own actions ...oh no they ain't!
