Called Galileo, it appears that cost overruns may endanger the project before any of the 30 satellites get launched. Small Boat Paddlers In light of SAR requirements, costs and false alarms, the US Coast Guard is asking all owners of all small craft to permanently mark the owners name, address, phone number and e-mail address on the inside of their boat in some manner.
