SALVAGE UPDATE

Nine items below this entry is a picture of the 112-foot Mar-Gun aground on a St. George Island (Bering Sea) beach. Using sea anchors and several high-tide cycles, the ship was floated and pulled off the beach last night and — as this is written — is in the midst of a 30-hour transit to a repair facility. Cool salvage.
