Hmmm. Since the MSM has consistently bullhorned, "Pelosi accuses the CIA lying," the only conclusion I can derive is that the predicate must be asserting the subject is lying, as well.
I wonder ... nah! A politician like Nancy Pelosi wouldn't lie, would she?
