BANANA REPUBLIC ... USA

Been busy recently, and there’s simply been too much to write about — so much so that I get headaches thinking about what a mess this Congress and this President are making of the good ol’ US of A.

The White House — once again proving that President Obama’s unbelievably poor choice in aides, friends and people isn’t the “figment of imagination” of the right — has chosen to tell us who and what is a legitimate news source. The FOX News organization has gone on this Administration’s enemies list and in doing so, BHO’s Administration has taken another step towards tossing the US Constitution out the window. “You will listen to those we approve, and only those we approve,” isn’t out of the realm of possibility any longer.

Jeez. At least RMN had the sense to keep his enemies list on the Q-T.

Anyway … the SRM (state run media, for those not paying attention), have finally gotten some balls and are pushing back. Even those bastions of subjectivity recognize a threat when they hear one.

From questioning the White House on an “enemies list,” to asking what happened to BHO’s transparency-in-government-BS regarding pushing bills through Congress while not allowing anyone to see them, to questioning the unbelievably arrogant and — yes, Communistic — background and policies of his many “czars,” things are not going well for the it’s-no-longer-semantics-Leftist regime half this country voted into office.

One of BHO’s picks for a Cabinet post, and ranking Republican for the Senate Budget Committee, Senator Judd Gregg (NH) told John King of CNN, the following on Sunday … and amazingly, CNN reported it today.

“The [debt] figures,” Gregg [NH] told King, “mean we’re basically on the path to a banana-republic-type of financial situation in this country. And you just can’t do that. You can’t keep running these [federal] programs out [into the future] and not paying for them. And you can’t keep throwing debt on top of debt.”

There’s a big Duh! BHO’s czars better heed.

And God help us.
