Those stalwart defenders of all that is wrong with America, the San Francisco Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, have declared Congress' Stolen Valor Act unconstitutional.
One can only hope it is now legal to pose as a judge, as well — much like those idiots have been doing for years.
UPDATE: Nothing new to report, but this just popped into my head. Lying is officially OK under the US Constitution according to the Ninth Circuit.What low-life, supposedly-intelligent scum.
