The image above is of Navy Diver 1st Class Josuha Harsh of Mobile Diving and Salvage Unit (MDSU) 2 from Naval Amphibious Base Little Creek, Va. He is surfacing after completing a salvage dive in the Mississippi River as the vehicle he and his team rigged is lifted from the water.
