THIS DAY IN HISTORY: D-DAY

It was 64 years ago today that the Allied Forces hit the beaches at Normandy, beginning the end of the war in Europe, ensuring the rest of Europe isn't speaking German today.

Here's to those who gave their lives, and those who still survive.
