The New York Times, after presenting an opinion piece by The Changeling (prominently, I might add), rejected one by his opponent, John McCain. (Yeah, Barack Obama actually is running for prez against someone who isn't Barack Obama)
The Drudge Report broke the story, so you may as well read it there.
What gall. And some idiot editor at the Times — a newspaper known for its crossword puzzles and little else these days — actually defended it by stating that the opinion it presented wasn't the same kind of opinion that BO presented in his piece, and thus they wouldn't run it.
Yeah ... that's the good ol' fair-and-balanced MSM for ya.
Assholes.
Let's see how well the media covers this.
(UPDATE: Another elitist lefty at the Huffington Report, who proudly proclaimed he teaches op-ed writing (and what do we say about teachers, class?), proceeded to parse the piece to shit, never once mentioning anything the editor of the Times complained about — the latter, a former press secretary and speechwriter for Bill Clinton.
Personally, the assassination of these lying elitists strikes me as the eminent exercise of mass communication and one which is morally justifiable based on their arrogance towards the rest of us.)
