HUNTER UAVS

This is interesting from a perspective of just how good the optics are that the military uses. This is a declassified video from a test of a Viper Strike, a three-foot long, 44 pound weapon, launched from a small RQ-5B Hunter UAV (an armed drone to you civilians). The theory behind it is that the weapon can be deployed by ground troops, so SOC is tres interested in the weapon.

Since this is declassified, can you imagine what kind of optics we have that aren't.

Stick with the video — which is relatively undramatic (although there are, like, real guys in the tow tank, so I'm sure they were sweating a tad). Go HERE for the video.
