While — pretty much by definition — what the CIA says publicly shouldn't be the truth i most cases (no, you don't have a need to know unless you're on the tip of the spear), how come if the Speaker of the House, Plastic Puss San Fran Nan, has proof the CIA lied to her, she hasn't published it in the Chronicle?
