I was on the fence for this nominee. Yeah, she's more liberal than I'd like, but she's a judge with a pretty decent background, both judicial and personal. Sounds like a scrapper to me. But then we find out, she's kind of prone to large cash settlements as punitive damages.
Soooooo. She's just another cog in the aministration's obamanomics destruction of the American economy and way of life.
I knew there had to be a catch.
