HOW LONG BEFORE THIS SHOWS UP IN THE WRONG HANDS?

Russia's state-owned arms exporter Rosoboronexport has made the Iskander tactical missile systems available to the international arms market, according to a senior executive at the arms agency.
Rosoboronexport Deputy General Director Alexander Mikheyev said the arms exporter was in talks with foreign customers interested in purchasing the missile systems, but no contracts had been signed yet, according to RIA Novosti.
The Iskander-E is a mobile theatre ballistic missile system specifically designed to destroy a variety of targets at a range of up to 280km.
As an export version of the Iskander-M missile system in service with the Russian military, the Iskander-E carries a single warhead with a payload of 400kg. — from Army-Technology.com
