Look. Personally I don't give a rat's ass whether or not the president speaks to the Boy Scouts.
BUT ...
Being it's their 100th anniversary, being he's honorary chairman, and being that 45,000 future voters and (generally) upstanding citizens will be at the ceremony, you'd think he could squeeze it in.
Scheduling conflict, say his handlers. Know what the conflict is?
He's gonna be on The View.
Jeez, Louise ... this guy — and his people — are so out of touch with mainstream America, it ain't funny.
Then again, there hasn't been a lot funny since he was elected.
