SInce the character assassins with whom President Barry has surrounded himself are busy getting the rank-and-file MSM to march to the Limbaugh is the Devil beat, Rush one upped them.

Since he's been — quite vocally — nominated as the face of American Conservatism (read: bad guy) by the Obama Administration, he has offered to cover all expenses for the President to debate him on energy, economics, constitutionality, socialism, and a few other topics.
