"A federal appeals court upheld an injunction against a voter-approved ban on Islamic law in Oklahoma on Tuesday, saying it likely violated the U.S. Constitution by discriminating against religion. A three-member panel of the Denver-based U.S. Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled unanimously that the rights of plaintiff Muneer Awad, a Muslim man living in Oklahoma City, likely would be violated if the ban on Sharia law takes effect."
Needless to say, the terrorists at CAIR "welcomed the ruling."
What does it mean to you? Well, say you're unfortunate enough to have a female family member marry an orthodox muslim. And he murders her for one of the usual bizarre reasons muslim males get to kill muslim females. Well, the jury is going to have to consider the bizarre sharia "laws" in determining his fate.

JUST IN TIME FOR NEW YEARS
Those peace-loving muslims again prove that there ain't nothing like killing people to prove their points. We leave Iraq, so they start killing each other again. Oh, yay. That whacky prophet Mohammed musta been some crazy guy!
Iran thinks it has a navy and threatens to close the Gulf of Hormuz. Apparently they've never seen the Bikini Atoll test images. And that happened50 years ago! We can't possibly nuke those assholes any faster. A glowing Iran for 2012 is on my wish list.

I'M VOTING FOR RON PAUL
As much as like Texas' Governor Perry (and for that matter, Ms. Bachman), I'm voting for Ron Paul this next election for one simple reason:
The MSM/SRM hates him.
If all that bird cage filler hates him that much, well .... if THAT ain't a recommendation, I don't know what else could be.
I wouldn't mind David Letterman (yeah, THAT David Letterman) as a VP, either. Especially since those fifth century peace-loving muslim jihadist wannabes have thrown a fatwa on him. Just another major recommendation. Maybe even a stronger one that the media's "approval" of Ron Paul.
Nothing like having a bunch of muslim sheep shaggers pulling for you to get your throat cut to make you a shoe-in for VP, Dave!

DON'T TELL THE TRUTH
Long Island's own Rep. Peter King, who chairs the House Homeland Security Committee, said on CNN Sunday that while "the overwhelming majority of Muslims are outstanding Americans ... there is an effort to radicalize efforts within the Muslim community."
Needless to say, every moron in the world who doesn't get the reality of jihad, and the fact that not speaking out about a wrong, de facto condones it, has hit the street demonstrating. And, natch, the SRM will be trying its best to portray King as a racist.

(CNN) -- The California chapters of the Council on American-Islamic Relations and the ACLU say they will announce a federal class action lawsuit Wednesday against the FBI for "illegal surveillance of the Muslim community."
The council's San Francisco Bay Area and Sacramento offices began documenting FBI surveillance practices last year.
"In recent months, there has been a notable increase in complaints by community members of FBI visits," the offices said in July.
It said that Muslims of varying ethnic and geographic background have reported visits by FBI agents.
"We have seen a special emphasis on individuals who have ties to, or have visited Pakistan, Somalia and Yemen," it said.
The California chapters said it was conducting the project, in conjunction with the ACLU and the Asian Law Caucus, to identify pattens of "overly intrusive conduct."

"Developers of a mosque near Ground Zero are fanning a new flame of controversy by applying for a $5 million federal grant reserved for the redevelopment of lower Manhattan.
"I think it's an insult to the 9/11 families. It's another smack in the face," said retired FDNY Deputy Chief Jim Riches, whose 29-year-old son, Jim, a firefighter, was killed on 9/11.
"I think it's becoming more and more comical," he said of the latest twist over the proposed 13-story Islamic community center and mosque. "Now
we're going to have to pay for it."
Sharif El-Gamal, developer of the proposed Park Place project, confirmed his group has applied for the Lower Manhattan Development Corp. grant.
He said the grant would fund social service programs open to all lower Manhattan residents--such as domestic-violence prevention, Arabic and
other foreign language classes--and two multicultural art exhibits.
Grant money would not go to pay for the mosque at the 13-story center two blocks from Ground Zero, according to a report posted on TheDailyBeast.com Monday."
