(CNN) -- The California chapters of the Council on American-Islamic Relations and the ACLU say they will announce a federal class action lawsuit Wednesday against the FBI for "illegal surveillance of the Muslim community."
The council's San Francisco Bay Area and Sacramento offices began documenting FBI surveillance practices last year.
"In recent months, there has been a notable increase in complaints by community members of FBI visits," the offices said in July.
It said that Muslims of varying ethnic and geographic background have reported visits by FBI agents.
"We have seen a special emphasis on individuals who have ties to, or have visited Pakistan, Somalia and Yemen," it said.
The California chapters said it was conducting the project, in conjunction with the ACLU and the Asian Law Caucus, to identify pattens of "overly intrusive conduct."

Adnan Shukrijumah, 35, has taken over a position once held by 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, who was captured in 2003, Miami-based FBI counterterrorism agent Brian LeBlanc told The Associated Press in an exclusive interview. That puts him in regular contact with al-Qaida's senior leadership, including Osama bin Laden, LeBlanc said.

Shukrijumah lived in the US for more than 15 years.

I should clarify the above for you non-military folk. If you take the slap on the wrist you can't get a GCM. I had three — called Article 15s in the Army — for a variety of things I did and chose not to take the court martial route because I did what I was accused of. These guys didn't do anything wrong. They bitch slapped the guy who masterminded (who directed ... doesn't take a fucking mastermind, just a typical medieval islamic MFer) the burning, dragging through the streets and hanging from a bridge of some civilian contractors. The SEALs chose an honorable solution. Don't like what I did? Bring me to court. The fact that the Navy is being sooooo PC as to take them to court — a court martial — in which they don't have the rights the terrorists who did the WTC massacre have, speaks volumes about this administration.

They said, hell, no we didn't do anything wrong. We were catching a terrorist.

The result? A court martial.

Federal authorities on Thursday moved to seize a wide array of U.S.-based properties, bank accounts and religious sites that they allege in court documents are funneling money to an Iranian bank involved in that country's illicit nuclear weapons program.

The seizure, barely noted by the press, includes mosques.

Americans Against Hate (AAH), an anti-bigotry, anti-terrorism watchdog group, condemned the "reverend" Jesse Jackson for his appearance this past Saturday with the lovely folks of Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), a Hamas-related organization.

One of CAIR's leaders, Nihad Awad, and other CAIR representatives allowed themselves to be interviewed by Islam Online (IOL), a Website which, among other things, features fatwas (religious edicts) saying that it’s a correct punishment to throw homosexuals off of tall buildings, it’s an obligation for Muslims to attack American troops overseas, and suicide bombing is not really suicide.

Nice going Jesse ... nothing like consorting with the enemy, you pompous ass.

OBAMA: TERRORISTS HAVE RIGHTS, TOO!

At a Senate hearing July 7 on the use of military commissions to prosecute terrorists being held at Guantanamo Bay, Senator John McCain questioned Assistant Attorney General David Kris on whether terrorists had “constitutional rights.”

Kriss’ answer?

“Ah, yes.”

“So you are saying that these people who are at Guantanamo, who were part of 9/11, who committed acts of war against the United States, have constitutional rights under the Constitution of the United States of America?” McCain asked.

“Within the framework I just described, the answer is yes, the due process clause guarantees and imposes some requirements on the conduct of (military) commissions,” Kris said.

So there you have it, folks. Terrorists who fight under no flag, wear no uniform, and target civilians have the same rights as you or I.

Senator McCain should have shot this asshole … except he was merely parroting President Obama’s new world order bullshit (known on these pages as Obamunism).
